Welcome to KoParcel. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
KoParcel (โweโ, โourโ, or โusโ) provides curated shipping services for Korean products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product Selection and Packaging
Customers select items from our online store. Based on the total weight, KoParcel automatically determines the appropriate parcel size. Orders over 2kg are not accepted through standard checkout and require manual arrangement.
4. Order and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards and supported third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, Google Pay, Line Pay, etc.).
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1โ3 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on total weight and destination. KoParcel is not liable for customs fees, delays, or import taxes in the recipient country. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are packed or shipped. Please double-check all product selections and recipient information before completing your order.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for information on defective or damaged items. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use KoParcel for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including reselling items to restricted markets or purchasing prohibited goods.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide accurate service and information. However, KoParcel shall not be liable for any damages arising from delays, lost parcels, incorrect addresses, or third-party courier errors.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
