๐ Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Perishable or hygienic items (e.g., masks, cosmetics with seal removed)
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@koparcel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5โ10 business days after we receive your return.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

KoParcel is not responsible for lost return shipments or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please retain your tracking number until the return is confirmed.
