Order & Shipping

A: Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
A: You can track your package from the “Track My Order” section in the footer, or via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
A: All parcels are shipped via Korea Post and local partner carriers for your region. A tracking number will be provided.
A: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.

Products

A: Yes. All products are sourced directly from official Korean brands and authorized distributors.
A: We're happy to hear your suggestions! Please email us with the product name and brand — we’ll do our best to add it.

Payment & Pricing

A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and some local payment options depending on your region.
A: Import taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

A: Yes. We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
A: We’re very sorry! Please contact us with a photo of the item(s) within 3 days of receipt and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Account & Support

A: No. You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to view your order history and track deliveries easily.
