1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are:
    • Damaged upon arrival
    • Incorrectly packed (wrong item)
    • Missing from your order
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Customer's change of mind after shipping
    • Items rejected by customs
    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

2. Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@koparcel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief explanation of the issue

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds instead of full refunds. This applies if only part of the order was affected or the issue was minor but valid.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services
  • Unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address
  • Weight exceeding 2kg that blocks checkout β€” no charge is made in this case

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing time may take up to 7 business days after approval.

6. Cancelled Orders

If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may request a full refund. Once it has entered processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer available.
